Open Level Reformer
see all reviewsThe directions were easy to follow, where you can envision the connections from the bones the muscle as you move. I was a little rusty and the instructor had no problem helping me correct my positions. He was extremely encouraging and the class was at a great pace. Advice: Do not come in late, the space is small but opened and although the instructor was warm and welcoming, you do feel bad for breaking the peaceful ambiance. I also loved the mix of people in the class. I will be back for sure.

see all reviews18 months ago, I had to go through chemotherapy. I had never been to a yoga class before but knew it would be helpful in my journey. Rebecca and her community welcomed me with open arms. They saw my decline, hit bottom, and more importantly, helped bring me back to life. Dogs know what’s up, and Crowder can always bring out a smile. Crowder and Rebecca's classes are the best! Forever grateful, thank you.

see all reviewsSuch a lovely class and flow, you can tell a lot of consideration has gone into the space and the classes. It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch. Will definitely be returning soon
