Full Body Flow (Reformer)
see all reviewsI started Pilates with Esther back in February, and I’ve taken close to 100 classes since then! Esther’s attention to detail, our form and her overall willingness to make sure that all of us are comfortable is the best in Los Angeles! Whether you are completely brand new to reformer Pilates, or advanced, they’re is always a place for you with Esther! And the Evoken studio is my absolute happy place! It is Zen, and the only thing burning are my muscles!

see all reviewsFun class, I just wish it was at least a full hour. All the other dance classes I take that have a choreography component are 60-90 minutes. We could have learned more of this dance routine if the class wasn’t cut short at 50 minutes. Besides that, my only feedback is the music doesn’t need to be so loud. I’d rather be able to still hear my instructor while the music is playing. I’ll definitely be coming again. Parking at Ralph’s and doing some shopping right after class was convenient.
