RUN x LIFT: Total Body (50 min)
see all reviewsI enjoyed the class. He made sure form was correct and fixed when wrong. Not easy doing that with an almost full class so I respect that. Will be back!

see all reviewsBridget was great, loved that she took the time to explain all the cues/directions to the newbies ahead of the class, and checked in how we were feeling afterwards, too! Something I’d do again as it was fun and something you learn/catch on by watching others, and a welcoming environment!

see all reviewsPaola’s class is an intermediate strength exercise class with great cues and clear instructions. I’ve always taken classical mat Pilates and didn’t recognize much of the original Joseph Pilates sequences (we didn’t do many of the classic 34, so no moves such as hundreds, rolling like a ball, saw, ab series etc.) and the instructions weren’t cued from the inside out. That said, if you aren’t looking for classical, or don’t mind a modern version, the class has lots of great barre-esque moves and is challenging without being inaccessible. Thanks for the class!

see all reviewsOne of the best group exercise classes I’ve ever been to!! Very rare to have such experienced trainers watch and correct your form so closely. Even though the class was focused on slowing down to learn form, you still get a great workout as you practice with plenty of reps. Amber and Wendel are extremely helpful and kind.

see all reviewsIt was SO much fun!! It was my first time here and I barely took any boxing classes other than the group fitness one, and Keith made everyone feel welcome. It was largely three parts - warm-up, boxing, and strength training with weights. I loved how small the class was and each one of us could have 1:1 coaching with Keith! He corrected our forms throughout the class and helped stretch after the work-out. When I did a group fitness, I hoped that I could get my form corrected and have more boxing time, and this class met the needs perfectly! I was a bit worried that I might not be able to keep up with the class after reading other reviews that it is a tough one, but don't worry! No judgements there and I could follow the moves at my pace. It was a tough workout - which means it was so effective and efficient! I loved how I felt like I used the hour to the max, feeling exhausted yet stronger. If it's the same one hour, I would rather walk out of a class sore and sweating, not relaxed and dry haha. Boxing is so fun!!! I am definitely coming back! :-D
