see all reviewsHealing Energy flow was a combination of Kundalini yoga, Ayurvedic moves, tai chi and a faster-paced Vinyasa flow. It was more energetic and intermediate/advanced than I assumed from the description both on classpass and the studio website, just a heads up. I loved the drumming and chimes, and would love to see the class evolve to be even more focused on somatics and trauma release! That could be so special for the neighborhood. What a cool offering.
