I have an injury I am recovering from and she did a wonderful job at targeting and locating the spots that needed help. I had a mix up with my appointment on my end, Georgia in the front was incredible and beyond helpful. I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.
