The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

see all reviewsSuper cours, j’ai adoré la chorégraphie, l’ambiance de la boîte de nuit et l’espace puisqu’on était moins nombreuses que dans les autres salles à Paris ce qui est pratique pour pouvoir bouger sans se cogner. Ce qui est juste dommage c’est que le cours ne dure qu’une heure, j’aurai voulu que ça dure plus longtemps environ 1h30 à 2h pour bien approfondir les échauffements et la technique avant d’attaquer la choré.

Also something I didn’t like was the fact that they didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the changing rooms for the shower, most gyms I’ve gone too even have hair straighteners and deodorant for clients to use.

Par contre il est indiqué que le cours commence à 18h30, nous avons commencé à 19h (surement une erreur de ClassPass car une habituée m'a dis que les cours commençaient à 19h). La salle est un peu petite, quand on est nombreux on a du mal à pouvoir se voir en étant au fond,.ça serait bien que le prof propose de tourner (le 1er rang passe derrière arrivé à la moitié du cours par exemple) ! Mais j'y retournerai avec plaisir 🙂
