I had no previous MMA experience at all, but the instructors including Hadis and Lina have always been motivating, attentive and corrected my posture when needed to make sure I know the techniques. I love the small class size, the practice with my partners, and the sense of community the studio has built. I always leave the class feeling energised and accomplished!

see all reviewsGreat class, I came expecting the women’s only but upon arrival the staff explained class pass was not up to date and that today was a mixed gender class. I was warmly welcomed into the class by staff, they confirmed it was beginner friendly. Coach was great, I had a good burn and sweat. Defo recommend.
