I really enjoyed the self guided setting with the support of the staff whenever we needed a little guidance. I’m trans/nonbinary so it’s nice that the facilities weren’t gendered.

Super clean and modern facilities. 2 options for cold plunge: 8-10 degree tubs and 2-4 degree tubs which was nice to see. The staff was also super friendly. The environment fosters a social setting - be aware of that if you prefer to unwind / do your sauna sessions solo.

The twinkle lights and greenery really add to the vibe, and I so appreciate having multiple temperatures to cold plunge. Sea salt water was a nice alternate option to drinking tea or cold water. Staff were friendly and attentive. Change room area is a bit tight and I wish the lockers weren’t so small, but I like that the space has no frills.
