Every class is different and well-balanced, making each session challenging, effective and enjoyable. What I really appreciate is how clearly she explains every exercise and how closely she pays attention to your technique. She notices the small details and corrects you whenever necessary, which really helps you improve and get the most out of every workout. Her personal attention, expertise and the variety in her classes make such a difference. I’ve tried different instructors before, but for me, Aigua is by far the best! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, challenging and enjoyable Reformer Pilates. 🤍

see all reviewsDilem is so nice and her voice is super calming but the class personally for me was not dynamic enough and too little repetitions actually was more beginner level friendly if you like this kind of class I totally recommend! If you like more of a challenge, shakes and dynamic I recommend other instructors or Power class.

It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. She’s so patient, explains every movement clearly, and really makes sure your form is right. I’ll definitely be back!
