To help maintain the progress, he also gave me a few exercises to continue at home, which I really appreciated. The studio is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. Alex is also very kind and professional, and speaks English aside from German! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with long-term pain, muscle tightness, or athletes looking to improve recovery.
