The instructor was clear that this is our practice and we can listen to our bodies and do what our bodies ask for. Really lovely positive vibe and energy. Hope this instructor does more classes!

Ask my consent before touching different part of my body or moving my underware. Check regularly about the pressure even if the massage could be a bit painful he repect your limit and it's all worth it at the end!
