Sui Wild Pilates
see all reviewsI’ve been to Sui Yoga at least 4 times (including this class) and i always enjoy my time there. The ambience, the class structure, and the instructors are always nice. I like how the class starts out with some stretches, then it gets intense and it always ends with some breathing exercises and stretches as well. They change the lighting according to what part of the class we’re in so towards the end they always dim the lights or they completely shut off. You also get some red light as well. They always set the tone and energy for the room and class.

see all reviewsJake is an amazing instructor - so welcoming and supportive! He gave really clear cues and made sure we kept coming back to the breath, which I’ve found some more fitness-focused yoga studios lack. The class had a great flow and was the perfect balance between challenging and restorative. I felt so much better after - both in body and mind. The studio itself is a welcoming, clean and peaceful space and the reception team were super lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good yoga class in NYC 👌

LIKE A WEIRD MONASTERY: YOGA, MEDITATION, COFFEE, MATCHA, MOCKTAILS, REAL PEOPLESCULPT
see all reviewsReally enjoyed the flow of the class l, it felt like we hit all major areas but never felt like it was dragging on. The studio was HOT, I saw some mixed commentary on the heat but can confirm it was warm enough to meaningfully sweat. I would recommend getting there extra early, it was my first time and I didn’t get a great explanation of what I needed or where to get it which made the start of class a little frantic.

see all reviewsWas sad abt Dolly Parton but this class cheered me right up. Sally really understands movement and music, and this was my favorite sculpt / yoga class I’ve ever taken. Only tiny suggestions I have would be to ease in with a more relaxing first song and shorten the transition time / explanations between sequences. SO GOOD I love Vera so much <3

see all reviewsThe Yoga and Strength class with Eddie is always challenging. The numerous Hanuman Dands (pushups) are quite a workout. The variations for difficult poses are always helpful. The quick relaxation helped at the end of class. Will definitely be back again soon.
