Although he’s only 23, he was patient, friendly, and very attentive. I wanted a haircut that framed my face to make it look slimmer, and he styled my long hair exactly how I envisioned. I also had a scalp treatment, which was very relaxing. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish, and I’m really happy with the results. She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
