She provided a lot of alternatives to moves, either easier or more difficult, so that we all were able exercise safely while challenging ourselves. Would highly recommend if you are looking to start somewhere with pilates to get a strong foundation.

We learned different types of isolations and practiced them throughout the class. I’ve been aware of some imbalances in my posture, including a pelvic tilt. After the class, I felt amazing! My entire body felt so relaxed and aligned. I highly recommend this class to anyone!
