    Gloves Up: Kick-boxing Pop-up

Came in not knowing what to expect as it was a pop-up, and Kat made the absolute MOST of our time! Great variety, definitely a good workout, offered adjustments for different levels, and such skilled instruction. Fabulous music too.

FlowBarre | Signature: Fergie vs Black Eyed Peas

Really good burn!! Class was fun, upbeat music, moody lighting and instructor always provided modifications. Parking was relatively easy in their lot (small lot so it is limited) and they provided a temporary pass to avoid ticket.

    Pilates

Janae was super welcoming and attentive to everyone's form and breath work! She provided a lot of alternatives to moves, either easier or more difficult, so that we all were able exercise safely while challenging ourselves. Would highly recommend if you are looking to start somewhere with pilates to get a strong foundation.

    The Pelvic Playbook

I really loved the Pelvic Movement class! Marietta was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, and she used helpful metaphors that made each movement easy to understand. We learned different types of isolations and practiced them throughout the class. I’ve been aware of some imbalances in my posture, including a pelvic tilt. After the class, I felt amazing! My entire body felt so relaxed and aligned. I highly recommend this class to anyone!

    Vital Sculpt HIIT 60

High energy instructor & super friendly class vibe. I loved this workout! Full-body challenge— but options were given for those (like me - ha!) who needed it. Fun mix of strength routines set to music and dance cardio. The studio is in a cool historic school building. Nice wood floors & big windows with plenty of light.
