see all reviewsI really like the structure and format of this class. It’s fast paced but not rushed. The reps and punches are posted on screens for easy reference. The instructor demos everything at least once. The music is good. I’ve boxed before but I would totally bring a novice friend and they would still be able to fully engage.

see all reviewsNathan was great at working with everyone in the class to explain technique and adjust form as needed. I definitely needed that, as I did not know the technique for an overhead kettlebell hold. He made it way easier! He also had a good eye on when to push people a little harder and when to dial things down...which I also needed. Great energy as well. Fun class!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class, it’s so hard to find a legit boxing gym around Bellevue area. The class begins with a 5-minute jump rope, followed by shoulder-mobility and warm-up exercises. Next it’s three rounds of 3-minute shadowboxing. After that, you’ll do three 3-minute rounds of partner mitt work, alternating between hitting the mitts and holding them for your partner. Then it’s another three rounds of situational sparring — lead-hand only, body-shots only, etc. Finally the class ends with some core exercises — sit-ups, push-ups and planks. It’s both a good workout and perfect for improving boxing fundamentals. The gym vibe is also pretty chill, no matter if you are regular or new, people just come in and train.

see all reviewsI’ve been really impressed with the results I’ve seen since starting my workouts here! What I love most is that it feels like a small personal training group rather than a typical gym class. The instructor genuinely pays attention to each person, making sure we’re using the right form and correcting us when needed. The exercises are also tailored to individual goals and needs, which makes the workouts feel both effective and personalized. I feel like I’m getting the benefits of personal training while still enjoying the energy and motivation of a group. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for effective, personalized workouts in a supportive environment!
