The studio is brand new and beautiful. I was told there is a shower available but did not use it, but I can see this being handy especially after having a class in the hot room. see all reviewsThis is a new class I’ve never been to at Two Waves and it was a great spark to a sluggish morning! The instructor was very attentive and gentle, we did a series of core stretches (with and without provided items) that focused on lengthening and stability. It had various levels of difficulty which made a casual student feel challenged but also not too intense. The funk music was vibey, not distracting and was a very pleasant way to start a Saturday, I’ll definitely be back!
