see all reviewsSabrina is an excellent instructor! Her classes are always fun and engaging. She really encourages you to try new poses and offers helpful corrections when needed. I love that she constantly changes things up, so it never feels repetitive. The variety of poses she includes is much better than other classes I've taken, and it really provides a great challenge. I just wish the strength and cardio classes next door were scheduled at a later time so they didn’t overlap with yoga. The music can be distracting when you’re trying to meditate.

You rotate among 10 stations for like 2 minutes each, and can modify the intensity according to your need. My heart rate was at 80%+ constantly. Ok for newbies to group classes / HIIT, but if you have never been to a gym or worked out, this is intense.

see all reviewsBeautiful studio! Just relocating from Atlanta and I think I may have found my new workout home! Instructor was great with clear directions and good transitions. I also liked how she gave options for all endurance levels even though I’m a crazy woman and love to max out my workouts with all the weights and bands you can offer lol I also appreciate how they are very welcoming even with ClassPass members as some studios nowadays seem to be biased and try to shove a membership down your throat the first class which makes it just uncomfortable as I am a proud ClassPass member since I travel so much and honestly love the variety of trying different studios in various locations. I will say the room got a bit warm at times and this was a non heated class but the instructor was great and kept switching the air on to keep it as cool as she could. I didn’t mind too much just wasn’t prepared for it. I’m sure it’s just a tweak in the thermostat that’s needed but overall awesome experience and definitely will be returning!
