see all reviewsI was surprised to break a sweat in this class! I came in with extremely sore muscles from an intense workout yesterday, but left feeling looser and more flexible. I loved the rhythm of this flow, and appreciated that we took a few sets to get into a faster pace. Bowls at the end were a nice touch to get completely grounded. Plus some tea on the way out 🙂 Bummed I won’t be able to make the rest of this series, but grateful for today!

see all reviewsI just had a Sacred Energy Alignment session with Dorian at Levitate, and oh my gosh—it was absolutely amazing. I literally cried because I felt so happy and relieved to finally release a few things that I had been carrying and needed to get off my chest. Dorian is incredibly patient and really takes his time with you. He is so respectful, kind, and genuinely there to help. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. He guides you through the experience and really helps you focus on the areas where you need the most support. I left the session feeling lighter, emotional in the best way, and so grateful for the experience. I would absolutely recommend a Sacred Energy Alignment session to anyone who feels like they need to release, reconnect, or just give themselves some time and space to heal. Such a beautiful experience. 🤍✨
