The music was a high tempo, sprinkled with some house — which I greatly appreciated, especially at 9:30am lol She was thoroughly engaged with the class making sure to walk around so everyone could see her. As a newbie, it was helpful to have her right next to me at times! After class, we also had a moment to connect and chat a bit. Will be joining her again soon :)

My only small grievance is the class I believe was labeled as a warm sculpt class, but it didn’t seem to be warm or heated at all and there was even a bit of a draft. But again, still 5 stars!!!
