    Marina was adorable. I saw Samantha at the front desk again, love her. This class was super challenging and my legs were gassed by the end of spin. Luckily we moved onto tabata style training and worked our legs even more 😅 It made coming to the mat to do some yoga that much sweeter. She did a great job of helping my friend who is more of a beginner and was very fun to workout with. I liked her song choices. Definitely will be coming back!

    HIIT Training

    Been wanting to try this spot for a while and I’m glad I did. It was such a great workout: HIIT style with weights with a variety of different exercises. By the time the class was over, I was sweaty - I haven’t had a workout like that in a while and I’m really glad I visited Fit Zone. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a workout in: it’s beginner friendly and the instructor was great. I would definitely come back again. Of note: The Fit Zone space is tucked away towards the back area of a gym.

    I had a great first session with Roger. He was keeping an eye on my circuit and giving me tips on improving form wherever necessary. He motivated me to push myself but also realized when I needed a pause, and never stopped motivating me. I’ll be coming back for more classes!
