see all reviewsFantastic class! The instructor was highly visible, she worked with us instead of walking around during the whole class, even interacting with participants about their form. The movements coordinated with the music (or vice versa) and the instructors countdown was predictable. Showers, toiletries, lockers are available and free(so I can go to work straight from class!). Also, extra foam knee mats were available so I didn’t have to bring my own. I plan on returning!

see all reviewsTook my first CorePower Yoga class today and really enjoyed it. The instructor was incredibly motivating and clearly led by example. She participated alongside the class while continuing to coach, encourage, and challenge everyone throughout the session. What impressed me most was her fitness, energy, and ability to make the class accessible to all levels. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated that she offered modifications and progressions for each movement, allowing beginners like me to participate while still feeling challenged. It was a tough workout, but in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsThis class was great. Super relaxing and effective. I loved Anna, she was great at explaining the postures and demonstrated everything the entire time. Great class for beginners or anybody wanting to compliment their hardcore workout with some good stretching and in this particular class we worked on hip openers. It was a very well-rounded class! I did not want to come out of Shavasana!

see all reviewsZiya is such a ray of sunshine. I’ve taken a few of her yoga classes and she makes me feel so welcomed every time. I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.

The heat of the room was perfect and the lighting felt magical. And her voice was really soothing. I can’t wait to come back here specifically for this instructor

see all reviewsLove Jake’s Pilates class and Paige’s yoga classes. They are such good instructors that I travel from Sunnyvale to take these classes. Jake really knows how to push you and make you sweat. Paige’s yoga sequences are always fun, perfect amount of challenging, and always original (not your typical yoga sequence). These both are a gem and I love taking their classes.

see all reviewsThis was my first time going to a tai chi class and Tony was super welcoming and incredibly friendly and very clear from the start at how knowledgeable he is with the forms in the movement and how they work to improve posture. I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.
