see all reviewsNicholas is a gem! This was my first time taking class with him. I got lucky and ended up being the only person in class. Nicholas has a very calm and gentle demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. I can tell he has a lot of knowledge about yoga and I really enjoyed the class.

see all reviewsToday’s cure for the summertime sadness that is San Francisco seasonal summer affective disorder is THIS CLASS. Shannon’s humor and anecdotes help distract from the super challenging cycling intervals. The music is solid and engaging. The strength circuit is challenging in the best way. If you can’t escape SF doldrum summer, the best next option is to get into this class. Folks are friendly, too! Only studio in SF where folks introduce themselves to strangers.

see all reviewsThat was the best yoga class I’ve done in so long. Olivia really took care with every element, from welcoming us into the studio, correcting us (the hands on assists were amazing), making sure there was intention, and had a great playlist. It was JUST what I needed after traveling and being sick.

see all reviewsGreat vibe of this place. A staff member was super friendly and showed me the facilities and where to store my stuff after I signed a waiver. Tae-Woo set a friendly tone immediately and had us introduce ourselves to one person we didn't know (but no forcing conversation beyond that). The workout was really solid, starting out with some dynamic stretching, then weights (slow, heavier, and intentional), then a cardio/movement with dumbbells/kettlebells and short runs. Tae-Woo easily subbed the SkiErg for the running for me due to a bad knee. It was chiller than other classes I've done but still really challenging (HR zones 2 to 5 by the last few rounds of the circuit. I'll definitely be back.

see all reviewsThis was one of my favorite yoga classes in recent memory. I love the body scan in the beginning, the pacing, the adjustments, the studio, and Gabi’s teaching style. During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. This is your new reality” (or something along those lines). Thank you Glow Yoga!
