see all reviewsOn the surface, the flow is standard with Sun As and Sun Bs, but the sequence is actually far more warming and opening than when other teachers sequence. I actually sweat doing Leslie’s class and really feel all the spots that are stiff in my body. Wish all teachers were like this. Music is also well chosen. Tempo is good and hard (slow). Keep up the great work, Leslie.

see all reviewsWas quite nice!! I expected a bit more active poses for the Revitalizing Yoga w/candles session (I forget its exact name), but honestly it was good with just 4, relaxing poses. This class gave me the space to think; I believe that typically it might be “meant” to usually done w/this in mind: allowing yourself to have no thoughts.. but tbh I haven’t had time to think recently so it was nice to take the time to do so while in comfy yoga poses

It was yin yoga so the poses weren’t too challenging for the average person but for someone who is returning to yoga after 2 years of being inactive and muscle loss from health issues… the pace and poses were JUST right. Brian is amazing. the guided breath work is very intentional and left me with deeper stretches than I walked in. I did read a lot of reviews before coming and seeing people complain about the music and darkness… the music was not overwhelming nor was the darkness. I encourage everyone to try before reading the comments. This was very therapeutic and purifying.
