see all reviewsI loved the hot pilates sculpt class with Lauren! What a wonderful Instructer! This was my first time at a true hot Pilates class and she was wonderful at demonstrating the proper form and her teaching really made me feel a burn. I will be coming back!

see all reviewsI liked the variety of moves in the sequences. There were a lot of compound movements which I personally like. They also had a wide range of weights which is very helpful. The heat was challenging but not impossibly hot. Overall, I’d come back to this class again.
