The class was very chill, just what I needed. Great vibe. What a unique spot, it’s like someone turned their house into an entire yoga and wellness property. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and it was so fun to be able to do the cold plunge, sauna AND red light! Don’t walk, RUN to this gem! 💎

I had a sinus reaction and a tickle in my throat that persisted with bits of coughing . I almost left because I didn’t want to disturb the session. My neighbor also had the same reaction. Although the larger candles appeared to be battery I know some

Nikki is an incredible & knowledgeable teacher who appears to truly care for the intentions and presence of her students. I felt so welcomed coming into the class. There were lots of modification options and I gained so much wisdom from this class for me. I will 110% be back. Hatha Flow is so special.

see all reviewsChris was interactive with her students and welcomed dialogue about how our bodies felt, making sure she went around the room checking on us. The use of little hard balls to relieve tension, through self-administered massage, in our muscles was particularly very beneficial as she had us use them on our shoulders, gluts, hamstrings and knees. I will make sure I will return to her Gentle Yoga class.

see all reviewsThis was my first Ashtanga yoga class, but I have practiced other forms of yoga for many years. The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!

see all reviewsYin yoga at OG yoga was a very pleasant experience. JoAnn told us about the mission of this non profit and the various groups they are able to serve with trauma-informed yoga. The explanation of how to find the space was extremely helpful. It is nice that there is parking available, and kind that they have a sweet treat available after class. Yin is very calming, very grounding, with minimal movement. JoAnn provided plenty of props and supports, and well as options and variations to ensure everyone could become comfortable in each pose. FYI: the studio does have some external noise that enters, and there are not hands on adjustments.

This was a great class and the instructor went around often to help people with their form throughout each pose and assist with deepening stretches. For non-Spanish speakers, I’d still recommend to check out the classes even if they’re labeled Spanish! The instructor did ask the class our preference in language but nobody was opposed to Spanish. I understand Spanish better than I can speak it, so I didn’t mind. However, she still gave pointers in English to students like me and another girl who weren’t native Spanish speakers which was helpful. I brought my own mat but it looks like they have nice mats you can borrow.
