Parent and Baby Yoga (up to pre-walkers)
see all reviewsI was nervous about attending a class with my baby but I’m glad I went! Really enjoyed it and felt welcomed to the class. Instructor was great, her instructions were clear and easy to follow, loved that she moved around the room and demonstrated when needed. Fun not just for me but for my baby girl too!

see all reviewsVal is an amazing instructor. Knowledgeable and motivating, yet warm and charismatic, he is a natural-born leader. I play hockey but had never done a real hiit workout until my girlfriend invited me to join her for one of his classes. It was hard but he made the time fly by, by playing great music and encouraging us all to have fun with the exercises. He mixes in a lot of free-form cardio (read: dance) and we work at our own pace. I stayed with it for a few classes, slogging it out as my body got used to this whole thing, and before I knew it I started to really look forward to the class. That was two and a half years ago and I have been going twice a week ever since. Total game changer in my life.

see all reviewsLove Julia she’s an awesome instructor!! For management, the studio has a high pitch buzzing noise from the electronics the last couple of weeks during class- would be great to have that fixed so it’s more relaxing.

see all reviewsLove Jake’s Pilates class and Paige’s yoga classes. They are such good instructors that I travel from Sunnyvale to take these classes. Jake really knows how to push you and make you sweat. Paige’s yoga sequences are always fun, perfect amount of challenging, and always original (not your typical yoga sequence). These both are a gem and I love taking their classes.

see all reviewsshe's fantastic. I like that she infused barre with hot Pilates but really really concentrating on proper technique and breathing. she's one of the only ones that make it challenging but her counts really do push you. I think she'll be one of the top instructors in the Bay area in no time!!

see all reviewsReally great class. The instructor was amazing. No need to bring anything with you other than a water bottle. They have mats, towels, water, showers, etc. It is Bay club nice but on a smaller scale. Will definitely be back!!! The only issue I had was trying to find where to go. I fortunately arrived early, called and got connected to the information both and she walked me over to the gym. I went to the front of the building which is the street side and the gym was at the back. It is beautiful!! Open to the community with a few of course but a really nice, clean, space. Lots of machines and weights. There is a restaurant as well.

see all reviewsWow. What a class! Definitely recommend joining if you’re experienced with Zumba. The instructor doesn’t call out the moves because she doesn’t have to—most in attendance have the choreo down to memory. You’ll have a blast and they’re all really welcoming to a newcomer. I’ll be back for sure!
