see all reviewsIt was my first class, but all of the instructors were so kind and welcoming. Even though the 90-minute workout was challenging, I enjoyed every minute of it! There were people of all ages in the class, and I loved seeing everyone giving it their best. It created such a positive and motivating atmosphere. I definitely feel like this is the kind of class where you’ll level up if you keep coming back.
