I typically stick to classical Pilates but my sister has been raving about RockSalt for ages so decided to give it a go and it was soooo fun! Angelica is so sweet and gives you a really nice full body workout! Her cues are clear and her energy is just fantastic. She also offers modifications that really helped since I wasn’t used to this fast paced kind of Pilates. Highly recommend her class!

I also felt that the transition to the next move could use some work. I don’t think we require a pause before doing the next move. That’s all from today!

She was incredibly helpful, coming around to grab our attachments whenever we seemed to be struggling. Today, my body truly needed this workout. I’ve never sweated this much during a Pilates class before, and I’m amazed that I’ve taken about 15 classes at different studios.

I play hockey but had never done a real hiit workout until my girlfriend invited me to join her for one of his classes. It was hard but he made the time fly by, by playing great music and encouraging us all to have fun with the exercises. He mixes in a lot of free-form cardio (read: dance) and we work at our own pace. I stayed with it for a few classes, slogging it out as my body got used to this whole thing, and before I knew it I started to really look forward to the class. That was two and a half years ago and I have been going twice a week ever since. Total game changer in my life.
