Die heutige Class bei Lisanne hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Sie leitet perfekt an und bringt einen immer (!) bis zu seinem eigenen Limit. Dazu eine top playlist. The VERY BEST

I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍
