see all reviewsI used to be a member at CP and this was the most challenging I have taken. I loved it! I am recovering from tendonitis on my feet so it was perfect for me because of the use of the TRX straps and the mat underneath. I am trying to stay in shape without aggravating my feet so it was low impact. There was jumping but I did an alternative. Peggy was very straight forward demonstrating and explaining each move. Love the fact we did some foot work before working out! Much needed!

We focused on balance while targeting and engaging the core for stability. The instructor was super helpful and helped guide through the exercises. Definitely worth it!

Love is super attentive, has an eye for fine details, and really takes her time. I felt immediately comfortable the minute I walked through the door because Love has such a warm personality - she makes you feel right at home! It’s obvious she is passionate about her work, and it show in my results. I was so happy with my forehead, elevens, and crows feet that I ended up getting Xeomin in my Masseter muscles during my follow-up appointment to help with my jaw clenching/ teeth grinding.
