see all reviewsI really enjoyed this Jazzercise class! The workout was fun, upbeat, and welcoming. One of the ladies working there took the time to talk with me before and after class, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I especially appreciated her insight as I’m hoping to encourage my mom, who had knee replacement surgery a little over a year ago, to try a class. I also asked whether younger adults attend and which class times tend to attract them. The instructor even joined our conversation, listened thoughtfully, and was incredibly supportive. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people feel comfortable. Such a positive environment—I’d definitely come back!

We did floor work(if you can’t do floor work she gives the standing up version for it, which is so considerate and great)! They do classes twice out of the month. And heals aren’t mandatory. If you want to tap into your feminine, this is definitely the class.
