see all reviewsBrooke was great and I am so glad she’s back however, I think far too many students go into this studio/ class thinking they can do it because it is a cute place, yet they don’t end up realizing how challenging the class actually is. So many girls take the front row only to not be doing any of the right moves or getting too tired and leaving halfway through the class. This is not Brooke’s fault. I think the studio in general needs to be stricter on letting people leave midway through class. I also noticed a few girls not using the mat towel that the studio gives out (kind of gross and very sweaty - girls PLEASE use a towel.)

The instructor was super understanding when I arrived right on time (almost late) to the first class. Her cues were great and I love how she continually reminded us of the movements and correct form throughout the class. There were some exercises I wish she had demonstrated more than once, but overall a good experience. I hope to be back soon!
