I love when she speaks life into us with words of affirmation and encouragement. The class is hot and you will be drenched in sweat but honestly I LOVEEEE it. I about die 3 times but come back to life lol 😂 align studio is super welcoming and anyone can come flow it’s not just a girl thing or a studio where you don’t see diversity. They make it a point to be inclusive to all and being a bigger girl new to yoga/pilates it feels great to feel welcomed and represented in this community!

see all reviewsOMG!!! This is definitely a different kind of studio, and I was skeptical at first, but… wow. It was absolutely amazing! The energy is incredible! Amanda and Moriah were both FABULOUS. I loved everything—the attention to detail, the welcoming vibes, the beautiful murals, and the feeling of practicing yoga with purpose. The studio is spacious, and even has showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!!!

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!

I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on.
