see all reviewsI was surprised to break a sweat in this class! I came in with extremely sore muscles from an intense workout yesterday, but left feeling looser and more flexible. I loved the rhythm of this flow, and appreciated that we took a few sets to get into a faster pace. Bowls at the end were a nice touch to get completely grounded. Plus some tea on the way out 🙂 Bummed I won’t be able to make the rest of this series, but grateful for today!

see all reviewsOpen gym was great! It was right after a hammock class so all hammocks were up which made it easy to hop into my own training since that’s what I wanted to work on. I assume if you wanted to use a different apparatus, it would be accommodated. Next time I’ll bring my headphones so I can listen to my own music (music in the studio was very zen spa type for this open gym session). I highly recommend open gym time! It was so fun!
