see all reviewsI haven’t really done contemporary dance since college but this class was a great way to get back into it! Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

see all reviewsThis was one of my favorite yoga classes in recent memory. I love the body scan in the beginning, the pacing, the adjustments, the studio, and Gabi’s teaching style. During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. This is your new reality” (or something along those lines). Thank you Glow Yoga!

see all reviewsKevin is so sweet! It’s an intimate class setting which is honestly nice if you are getting into a workout routine for the first time or get intimidated by large classes or gym settings. He has so much energy and is encouraging during the classes. Will be back for sure :)
