see all reviewsI love this yoga studio. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back, the studio downstairs is cozy with the dim lights and the instructors are always so good. This class was not particularly challenging but I loved it as I am actually not that good at yoga and I felt I could follow easily while also working effectively on my flexibility.

I like that she pushes us to do the moves the right way and not just getting the choreo. The bolder, the better. The vibe is good and the song choice too.
