The choreography was interesting and appealing - built up quickly. Most of the class caught on but I was a little lost :) I will definitely go again.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class as someone with no ballet experience. Quite a large group, about 15+ people, some challenging sequences that were great to practice. Friendly bunch, enthusiastic ladies. Only criticism is one other new student with no ballet experience who seemed to know the teacher - they took a lot the attention up which felt distracting and unfair on the rest of the class. Took away from the seriousness and other students (not me but the regulars) deserved to have some of the teachers guidance. Shame that happened but lovely class otherwise!

Personally, I prefer focusing on fewer steps so I can really enjoy the ones I already know, without feeling rushed. When there are too many new steps, it can feel more like a marathon, making it hard to enjoy the dance and the music while trying to remember everything. Sometimes, less is more—but I understand that others may enjoy this faster pace. Just my personal opinion! 🙂
