I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. Honestly I didn't quite know what to expect but my face was microneedled experience ( I think?) and I discovered my eyebrows are pretty darn sensitive because ouch. Afterwards my face was very red and then it settled down about an hour or three later. It's been about a week later and honestly I feel there's been no difference in terms of skin quality but maybe the treatment wasn't for my type of skin. Dudu herself was very kind and gentle. I wouldn't have this package experience again especially because I was looking for something more relaxing and pampering and that's on me for not really reading the options

On the salon, it was lovely and Fatima was great. She had my hair washed, cut and dried in no time and did a lovely job of it.
