The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. I’ve picked up ballet again recently after almost 20 years and I went from being advanced to beginner again which has not been easy. I’ve been trying out different studios, teachers and level of class for the past 3 weeks and I’ve now taken 2 classes with Chanquito, one beginner and one beginner / intermediate. In both I found that he has the perfect balance of care, patience, but also making it a challenging enough class while also making it easily accessible for different levels. I leave his class feeling great, both physically and mentally. The classes are fun and relaxed while demanding enough to improve technique. I’ve found the class and teacher I will commit to!
