I enjoy her taking the time to explain the breath as it pertains to the movement. Her gentle reminders feel like a hand up towards your best workout experience. If you haven’t yet do yourself a favor and take class with her. All of the peaches are great, they make me feel welcome and included.

It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
