I think I might have been a little lost if I didn’t have some background with Ashtanga, but the teacher was helpful and did a lot of demonstrations and provided gentle adjustments. I look forward to visiting again!

see all reviewsThought class was incredible. Her hands on assist, cues, interaction with students all were great. Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,

see all reviewsThis is my second time taking Marcy’s class and it did not disappoint. Last week, I went in with some hip issues and the sequences helped to relieve them. Today I went with lower back pain and although some sequences were a bit difficult for me to transition through (only due to MY personal restrictions) I felt an immediate difference when standing up. Marcy also provided alternatives for limb placement to better ease through the transitions. Walking to the train and sitting on the way home wasn’t as painful and I felt more relief and mobility. If I could attend every week I would, but my schedule doesn’t allow me to. However, any opportunity I could get to practice under Marcy’s guidance and experienced eye, I will jump on it. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable and down to earth person. The studio space is also very serene like an oasis away from this crazy world, I fell asleep several times and think I may have snored. !!

see all reviewsLoved her class! It’s a fast-paced class, but as you can always go with your own pace. Nobody’s forcing you to move too quickly and lose proper form. Even though I do strength training at the gym least 4 times a week, I was so sore the next day which showed me that I worked muscles I don’t normally target at the gym. I only wish she taught more classes at this studio!

I was at a different studio doing a different kind of workout and the teacher was 30 minutes late, so I left and looked for a place to go to yoga. What did I find but the 6:15 PM heated yoga class, it was gonna start in 15 minutes. I made my way over and I had none other than an amazing experience with Nicole as my instructor. Highly recommend this class Nicole was great and she offered great hands-on adjustments.

see all reviewsGreat experience! The process was very straightforward, the team was friendly, and my hair felt so soft afterward. One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
