It was a very guided class and I like how during the beginning she was able to explain to us exactly what the class is gonna be and what the history behind this type of yoga is and how she even mentioned the connection to Chinese medicine. I also liked how hands-on she was throughout the class. It’s definitely something different than I’m used to in the studio, but I really like this for a change.
