see all reviewsI love Kaitlyn's classes. Today especially fun. Great heat and we moved at a slower strong pace. It was playful with optional arm balances. I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class with Alison. She gave great adjustments, was kind and welcoming, and gave clear anatomically accurate cueing. As an advanced practitioner/teacher visiting from out of town, I felt comfortable in the serene space, I’m sure a brand new practitioner would feel equally comfortable as Alison seems to have a deep grasp of what she teaches. Mat rental was only $2 for a high end Lifeforme. I’ll be sure to visit again on my next visit to the city!
