see all reviewsI loved Sophia’s class! I’ve been to many Pilates classes in Naples and this is definitely a new favorite of mine. She’s very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and keeps everyone engaged during the class (trying to distract us from the burn lol). She has a calm, intentional, and effective approach. You’ll leave her class feeling strong and knowing she’s pushed you to work your hardest!
