see all reviewsI loveeeed this class because it had true Pilates principles and we moved with control, but still had some contemporary flair and some standing work like squats etc. The sequence made a lot of sense — core, side-lying, arms, then legs — and it was a great push without feeling like there was a lot of complicated choreography for TikTok. Playlist was FIRE, I love when a Miami local makes playlists; iykyk. The studio is very beautiful and the staff at the front desk were all friendly. My HUGE piece of constructive criticism though is to give the instructor a mic! Felt bad like she was having to yell over the music. A mic in a room that size makes the experience better for clients and more sustainable for instructors.
