She focuses on form and the importance of how each part comes together to build a stronger version of yourself. If you want to spice it up, add an extra challenge or weight, if you want to take it easier then she’ll show you alternative option but still an effective workout. The studio is clean and fantastic, and you’ll be in for treat in any class.

I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

It was low stress, the instructor was wonderful, and the choreography wasn’t too difficult to follow along with. see all reviewsThe warmest and friendliest instructor, and clearly an experienced dancer. There were only a few women when I went and they all danced beautifully . I was definitely feeling clumsy and disoriented (I’ve never danced without a mirror before and never done an actual dance class like this ) but instructor was so attentive and frequently checked in to make sure I was okay. They were going off a routine they had clearly practiced several times already so I was a bit of the odd woman out since I also don’t have much experience with this type of choreography that isn’t repetitive . But all that being said … it was FUN and a welcomed challenge for me . I would do it again if I could fit it in my schedule :)
