I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

Her choreo is always so creative, hard enough to be a challenge but not so hard that it feels impossible (true int/adv level). Emma is such a gem, not only does she always take the time to explain things as many times as people need, she also usually closes class with some heartfelt words of motivation to carry with you into the rest of the week.
