see all reviews⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I walked in thinking I was getting spaghetti and walked out with chicken parmigiana. That’s a win for the team. I did NOT read the class description. I thought I was signing up for a hardcore vinyasa class. Instead, Jason hit us with a vinyasa warm-up followed by a light HIIT workout with weights. What the hell did I get myself into? 😅 Needless to say... 🔥🔥🔥 One of the most underrated parts of the class was Jason’s music selection. That sh*t gets you absolutely hyped. You’re in the middle of a brutal static hold, jamming out, questioning your life choices, and somehow finding the motivation to keep going. Even better, he turns the volume up when you’re deep in the struggle and lowers it when it’s time to transition to the next sequence. It’s a subtle but brilliant cueing technique. This was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken precisely because it caught me completely off guard. Challenging, creative, and incredibly well-structured. Jason is an outstanding instructor, and the energy in the room was next level. If you think you know what you're walking into, think again…. in the best possible way.
