see all reviewsGood class for low-mid intensity; first 30mins is your regular vinyasa class but nothing too heavy. The next 45mins are filled with stretches held for 1-2mins and you get to decide how much intensity you want for the night. Teach Ferdz’ instructions are always clear, and he leaves space for silence which I always appreciate.

see all reviewsMy teacher (Ela) was super supportive, and I felt so validated every time I finished an exercise. She helps you and pushes you to do your best without making you feel pressured. As a plus-size girl, I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to do some of the exercises and that she might get upset with me if I couldn’t. But she pushes you in a way that makes you believe you can actually do it. And surprisingly, I aced most of the exercises! Thank you, Teach Ela!! Will definitely be back! 💗

see all reviewsthe facilities and the ambiance are really nice and calming. i also appreciate how they serve free tea and snacks to clients. coach arianne was really patient considering 2/3 of us in the class were first timers. she really took the time to explain which muscles are being activated and how each move would benefit the spine. i also came from [the hardest] a pilates session right before the class and this was a good post-workout stretch after pilates!

see all reviewsFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

The place was well-maintained and clean. Mats were provided for yoga. Just bring your towel and water bottle so you can maximize your time there. They also provide micellar water, cotton pads, and sanrio ties for hair if you ever need it.

see all reviewsA challenging but relaxing class for me! 🧘♀️ I loved the Vinyasa flow and trying more challenging poses. This will test your flexibility and reach places you’ve never thought you could 😆 the right kind of stretch you need to really release body tension 💆🏻♀️ Studio was so clean and spacious, I especially loved the serene ambiance with the soft lights. Coach Nick was also so nice! He assisted us with our forms and offered modifications if we can’t do the pose. I like his pacing and clear cues as I consider myself a beginner in yoga. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back to try other classes 😊

see all reviewsWe had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.

see all reviewsFirst time trying vinyasa but tried yoga before. I expected more challenging poses like the ones I saw. I’m not sure if Coach modified the class since most of the attendees were first-timers. Nonetheless, Coach was really nice and I loved the flow! 🧘♀️ We didn’t stop moving and every move was intentional. I definitely felt the burn despite the simple poses. It also tested my balance. Studio was huge to fit more than 10 people at once. They just maybe need a bit of cleaning 😅 Mat rentals are available for 50 pesos, just bring a towel to cover it as I’m not sure if they clean it.
