It was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

    YOGA BASICS

Coach Raffy is always willing to take the time to look at your form, give modifications, and make slight adjustments. :) He also has a warm, welcoming presence, though it would be nice to better understand the positions by explaining them in a Yoga Basics class. 💖

    Multi-level

The session had a nice, steady flow that felt grounding which made it easy to stay focused on form and control throughout. I appreciated the structured pacing and how Coach Anne guided us through familiar foundational movements that really helped reinforce the basics. Since it was a multi-level class with a mix of beginners and regulars, the energy felt more inclusive and accessible, which is great for those who are still building confidence in their practice. One thing I’d personally love to see in future sessions is a bit more variation in intensity for multi-level classes, just to keep things extra challenging for returning students. Also, it would be even better if late arrivals are only allowed within a short grace period, as entering once the class has started can disrupt focus and flow of the session. Overall, still a solid class and a good reset for the body especially if you’re looking for something controlled, mindful, and form-focused.

I really like how Teacher Kim guided us and the way she corrected our poses. She also gave us tips on how to improve our headstands! First time in Comunidad too and the vibe is hard not to notice. It feels modern but homey 💖 highly recommend!
